These terms apply to all commissions, orders and sales made through our shop or based on a quote.
Quotes and orders
Quotes are valid for 30 days. An order is confirmed once we have sent written confirmation and any deposit has been received.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in euros and include Spanish VAT (IVA) unless stated otherwise. Bespoke commissions require a 50% deposit; the balance is due on delivery.
Delivery
Standard products are available directly in the shop. Bespoke work takes 7 to 21 working days. Shipping within Spain is by registered courier; international on request.
Returns
Standard candles may be returned unused within 14 days. Bespoke products are excluded from returns.
Warranty
We guarantee a clean burn and the stated burn time. In case of deviation we replace the product free of charge.
Governing law
All agreements are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the competent court in Alicante.
